Children's Mental Health Week 2024

Our Diana Award Anti Bullying Ambassadors led a reflective collective worhsip on Wednesday to talk about Children’s Mental Health Week. We will be marking this by wearing our scarves to school.
There are lots of ways that you can support your children and family’s wellbeing. Making sure that you are listening and hacving open conversations can be very powerful.
We posted some book recommendations on X this week: sometimes having a way to open the conversation ca be tricky. Reading a book together and talking about the story can ensure that positive conversations are happening, and questions can be asked and addressed.

School Library
Fri 02 Feb 2024Our school librarians have been brilliant at reorganising and tidying our school library this week. We hope this will make it easier for everyone to find what sort of books they llike to read or to encourage them to try reading something new.
They will be reviving Wordsworth Wednesday; this ia lunchtime club in which the children can read and share books.
