Enabling children to flourish and succeed

SEN

SEND and Inclusion

At Higham on the Hill Church of England Primary School, we are a caring Christian community where every child is valued, nurtured, and supported to flourish. Guided by our ethos of care, empathy, and understanding, we strive to ensure that each child is supported holistically — academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.

We believe that every child is unique and has their own gifts, talents and abilities. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all children can thrive, whatever their starting point or need. Our aim is to help each child reach their full potential through high-quality teaching, carefully tailored support, and strong partnerships with parents, carers and outside agencies.

At Higham on the Hill, we recognise that some children may need additional or different support to help them succeed. We work closely with families to identify needs early and to ensure that every child receives the right help at the right time. We are proud of our inclusive practice and our commitment to meeting the needs of all learners.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss our provision for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), please contact:
